BUTT LIFT SURGERY

This surgical intervention is realized in order to achieve an improvement of the way your buttocks area currently looks like, in terms of its current size and shape. Once you are admitted to hospital for the surgery, your plastic surgeon will draw the pattern of incisions on your skin and this initial step enables him/her to remove the skin tissue as precisely as possible. 

In general, the butt lift surgery is performed under general anesthesia and its length may vary from 2 to 4 hours. 

There are two possible methods which are used in this particular type of surgery:

• An incision is led beneath the waistline. It is up to the surgeon, whether he/she will suggest liposuction in order to achieve better results.  
• An incision is made beneath the butt region and the resulting scar is literally hidden in the crease under the buttocks, where the butt meets the thigh. In most cases, the final effect after the surgery is much smoother skin on the area of buttocks and thighs as well.

You may be asked to stay in hospital overnight and when your check-up the following morning finishes with satisfactory results, you could be discharged from hospital afterward. On the other hand, discharging you from the hospital does not mean that you can travel back to your country. AFTER BUTT LIFT SURGERY

What is expected from you after the surgery is that you will be wearing special dressings to protect the incised area? Your surgeon will provide you with a more detailed explanation of the length of keeping this supportive garment on your body. You shall be aware of having drainage tubes inserted underneath your skin in order to prevent any collection of blood and causing later health complications. 

After the surgery, you will have to spend the following 24 hours in the hospital for post-operative monitoring. 

The next morning you could be discharged to your local accommodation in Kosice but you cannot return to your country until the surgeon confirms you are able to travel without any potential medical risks. You may have to be undergoing regular check-ups up to a week or even longer, depending on the stage of the healing process of the scars. 

GETTING BACK TO NORMAL
